The entire team at Pan + Cake was a huge highlight to my wedding. Shawnae and Britney were fantastic to work with, the food was amazing but more importantly they kept things running smoothly the entire night. Britney specifically was my guardian angel the whole wedding planning process, hiring her as our wedding coordinator allowed for us to actually enjoy the planning and execution the wedding weekend. I cannot recommend that team enough
We are so grateful for everything Shawnae, Josie, Britney, and everyone at Pan&Cake did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! They truly went above and beyond in every way and surpassed all of our expectations. The food was absolutely incredible, the drinks were amazing, and their attention to detail was outstanding. Shawnae and Josie knocked it out of the ballpark! 10/10 for sure! They were personable and really listened to what we wanted during our initial meeting. We asked for a few changes during the planning time a few months up to a few weeks before hand and they were right on top of it agreeing to the minor changes. Pan & Cake's newest hire Britney Cook was the Day of Wedding coordinator for my nephews wedding. She was phenomenal. She talked to the bride ahead of time to get thoughts, expectations and coordinated the rehearsal and wedding. She was Very professional and it was such a blessing to have her take the extra burdens off the bride and mother of the bride. Corralling all of the relatives was a big job all it's own. I highly recommend Britney to help make your wedding or event go smoothly and less stressful for you.
Shawnae and the team at Pan & Cake are absolutely fantastic. We couldn't recommend them more. Many of our guests came up to us at our wedding to tell us that the food was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. To quote my dad "This was not typical wedding banquet food." My wife and I have lived in big cities our whole lives (Boston, DC, Chicago) and like to go to nice restaurants, so I say that Pan & Cake is really good from the perspective of people who really like good food!
