Reception hung up on me
There was a long line. I have been waiting half a hour to remove my cast. Then, they send me to the bench, was sitting there for additional half a hour to do a x-ray. This is why I missed gym and hockey at school. Over all, I am very angry. Danil 8 yo.
I would like to thank Dr. Zhang for doing a good job on my scaphoid fracture repair surgery that took place on 10/22/2025, during the consultation he told me basically what would happen and the risks if I didn’t get the surgery. After long weekend at 6.11am it was 11 people in lineup outside. At 6.25 security started to give away tickets with ## for walk in. Around 6.40 all tickets was released. Maybe around 20 tickets at all.
It is completely unprofessional for a doctor to force a reschedule just because they feel like it, knowing full well it wasn't my fault that the interpreter didn't show up. I don't understand how a high-prestige clinic can have doctors of that caliber.
