It is completely unprofessional for a doctor to force a reschedule just because they feel like it, knowing full well it wasn't my fault that the interpreter didn't show up. I don't understand how a high-prestige clinic can have doctors of that caliber.
Absolute trash. I only discovered I’d been booked for an appointment, without my knowledge, after through collections. The clinic never called, never left a voicemail, nothing. This must have happened while I was experiencing severe pain and cognitive clouding, and the receptionists were throwing rapid questions at me that I could barely process. Plenty of parking as soon as you walk in your greeted by security, they make sure you know where you’re going and if you’re unsure they help you get there. Always super clean including the bathrooms everyone knows their jobs there.

I had my open latarjet stabilization surgery with Dr. Woodmass, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. He's an amazing surgeon, and his whole team was incredible. Everyone was super kind and made me feel comfortable while I was lying there waiting before the surgery. I don't remember much afterward (LOL), but I am pretty sure they took great care of me right up until my sister picked me up. Just really grateful how supportive and professional they all were.
