• Kudos to Jay Estrada and the team at Pan Am Automotive. In these difficult economic times we are all trying to do more with less. With high unemployment and rising everyday costs many of us are trying to eke out a few more miles from our vehicles. My experience with Jay and his team has been nothing but superior. I have referred friends and family to him and every one without exception has been pleased. They are honest, fair, considerate and trustworthy. Jay lets me know when jobs are absolutely necessary, or when I can get by without doing things (like struts). He doesnt recommend anything unless its truly necessary. As a female, I appreciate that he's not condescending but treats me with respect and honesty.

Worst Shop IN SAN ANTONIO....DO NOT TAKE UR CAR TO THEM! – We first took my car in May 2010, to have the A/C fixed, we are now in August 2010 and my A/C has not worked for more than a few days at a time....Jay Estrada (the Owner) is a complete money hungry jerk, the mechanic Andres Thompson, hit on me everytime I was there and flat out told me if he fixed my car correctly...he wouldnt get to see me anymore (he even offered to fix the car at his house). I have 3 children and live across town and the jerk had the nerve to tell... read more

Very Untrustworthy. Extremely Poor Customer Service – Did not repair the vehicle as claimed for the work it was brought in for. Damaged the vehicle while they had posession of it and refused to properly repair it.
