RecommendedHave had back and numb feet along with shoulder issues for years. Tried everything for back, tens unit, prescription drugs, heat patch and cold, nothing was successful. Last Monday when I left work, my lower back was killing me. Everyday for the following week I couldn't bend down and almost any movement caused severe pain. I tried the typical over the counter treatments with no relief. On a scale of 1 to 10 , it was a 9 every day. Finally I went to my chiropractor the 5th day and it helped a little.
