Was told they weren’t able to fulfill my order which was fine no big deal. Went in person to cancel and everything was good. Then I get a call saying that we never cancelled and nobody ever showed up to do so. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.
All the ladies at Pam’s are extremely helpful, and super sweet. I’ll never spend another dollar on flowers any where else. Earned my business for life!
