Called to try to make appointment. Lady that answered the phone was rude, and told me that she doesn't take new clients or walk ins. I was just trying to make an appointment. Not taking new client is absolutely fine but there was no need to be rude and unprofessional about it. I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to use this business. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
