They took advantage of my 77 year old grandmother by charging her $1,437.75 for 5 people to clean her house. My mom requested a quote and the lady ensured her it wouldn't be "MUCH". She also said she would have to see the house before she gave her a quote. They missed their first appointment to clean her house - said she would get a discount and still never came to house to give a quote.
