Typically, when ordering parts with a salesperson they will just tell you what you want to hear and just sell sell sell but not Lee at PAMs. Lee is very helpful and has quick responses. He always makes sure that the part it correct and 95% of the time has it available. Lee is the only salesperson that mails out thank you for your business cards. Good morning, we don't recommend buying lights with PAM'Auto.
i was in need of a used truck box. I found Pam's on-line and gave them a call. I talked to Shane Peterschick. He was great. I asked for pictures of the box. He sent them. I asked for more pictures. And He sent them. It was what I was looking for. So I went their to pick it up. I had 4 guys come out and help me get it loaded on the trailer. It was the best experience I have ever had at any used parts house. (5 star)
