Steve, Trish, and Nicole were so kind and helpful. Selling personal items is never an easy process, but they made everything straightforward and comfortable. They clearly explained which items they could buy, which they couldn’t, and why. They offered an extremely fair deal, and I felt wonderful walking out of the store. We brought in a gold bangle that had been damaged. Nicole showed it to the jeweler who indicated it would be possible and ultimately repaired it flawlessly. We are very appreciative of.this repair. I strongly recommend Pampillonia for their service and inventory.
Trish fixed my bent silver ring for me and Nicole help me with a classic Cartier love bracelet; not the one with the clasp the one where you actually have to screw the screws all the way in, because God damn it some of us have taste. If you are looking for jewelry in the Bethesda area and you want to go to a place that has excellent pieces including some very nice piece work in gold (the fox in particular was rather stunning) then this is the place to go. Prices are exceptionally reasonable as well.
