First time was fine, not great but fine (even though they had me wait 10 mins past my appt time). My 2nd appointment I wanted several different colors and needed help finding the right shades (to match inspo pic) and the nail tech Maria was very rude about that then rolled her eyes at me when I pointed out one shade wasn’t correct. She ended up being nice only after I started speaking with her in Spanish and told her I live in Baltimore (she assumed I was a tourist). Angela was so great! It was my first time going to PamperMe and I’ll definitely be returning. I got builder gel with chrome almost 2 weeks ago for my vacation. I was traveling, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and playing volleyball and the nails held up so well - barely any chrome gone and no chipping whatsoever. Excited to come back!
can’t recommend this spot more! i got here religiously for my nails! the team is great and everyone is really kind - they are great at designs too!
Exactly what I asked for! A great first appt with Wendy (builder gel mani) and Dalma (gel pedicure). The shop is spotless. The front desk lady was lovely and very helpful. Already booked for my next appt ;)
