Benesa is beyond talented. She did an amazing job with my hair. I’ve tried various other salon in Fargo and so far this is the best I’ve ever got. Thank you for amazing service. I’ll definitely be returning clievt of yours!
The level of attitude didnt match the skill set…
Her shop had a nice environment, but I brought my daughter to get her hair done and when we got to her appointment on time, she had someone else in the chair and wasn't ready to start on my daughters hair until almost an hour later, never botheredto reach out and let me know even though I was in communication with, while waiting I had to asked for the television to be turned because of what I felt to be inappropriate content for a kid, the show was about marriage, sex, them going into blind marriages and she's only 11. I saw her page on Booksy and TikTok and was very impressed with her work. She seemed like a nice lady and I have been looking for a new place to get my hair done. However, the service I received was not great. Her response times were highly unprofessional and she fails to respond sometimes. I am grateful she offered to do my hair on her day off but then she tried canceling on me 3hrs before the service, mind you I had already taken my hair out and was ready for it.
