Dog came back bruised from grooming restraint and with cuts on her genitals from clippers. Horrible smelling shampoo required three baths to remove. Owners offered no refund or re-do. VERY BAD. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PET THERE.
We have been taking our pet cocker spaniel for years, they are very nice and do an excellent job. Betty Blue really likes her monthly groom. she looks happy, and looks and smells very nice when we pick her up, 5 stars
