We have been taking our Shih-Tzu to Pampered Pooches Grooming Spa for close to two years now. Eva, the Owner, has always been his one and only groomer. When we picked him up today we noticed he had received a pretty bad cut (ears, tail and head were so poorly trimmed it looked like a five year old did it) We were charged $65 for this bad job. My dog tore her nail and was limping, but it was at the end of the day and none of the vets in town could see her. Eva said to just bring her in and she trimmed her nails, recommended some treatments and was so friendly! My dog gets nervous around strangers and even though she was nervous, Eva made her comfortable and she was very happy when she was done. Best of all, her limp is gone and she’s been back to her happy playful self 😊 five stars!

I have taken two of my babies here now- poodle and Aussie. They are amazing. They take their time and make sure your pups are completely comfortable the whole time. Bo loved his spa day!!!

We LOVE Vanessa at pampered pooches! Our Kaia had a rough first couple grooming appointments elsewhere, and Vanessa went above and beyond our expectations! We won't go anywhere else!
