We have been taking our Shih-Tzu to Pampered Pooches Grooming Spa for close to two years now. Eva, the Owner, has always been his one and only groomer. When we picked him up today we noticed he had received a pretty bad cut (ears, tail and head were so poorly trimmed it looked like a five year old did it) We were charged $65 for this bad job.
