Excellent Grooming and Excellent Kindness toward my Senior Chow Chow. Gideon, my big beautiful senior Chow Chow is sooo much happier since getting this outstanding grooming. Before his grooming he did not like to be touched, now he enjoys being hugged, brushed, touched and enjoys running and playing with other dogs. It seem to have taken years off his life. The first rule of running a business is to be nice to your customers! Big fail!!! The snooty little girl running the place knows nothing when it comes to running a business. The 2nd rule, when running a dog grooming business, if the scared dogs growl, put a muzzle on it. It is called dog grooming 101!!!! How are you going to keep business doors open and running if you send away your customers because the dog growled?!?!?!?!? I will shoot it from the rooftops! Do not even waste your time with this place!!!
