These are the most RUDE and disgusting store owners. It should be named TORTURED Pets. The cockatoo they have is SEVERELY ILL, its beak needs trimmed, and there was poop on its food. It had cataracts and the cage was too small and the bar spacing was incorrect. We were asked to leave when we pointed out how sick the bird was. Will be reporting them them to the authorities. And yes, it's good that noone had to call TPD about the dried up salty old sea hag that interjected herself into the conversation.

Fish are all taken care of well, nice place, beautiful animals. Wish the discus were a bit cheaper lol. Always had good costumer service by the owner, and his stuff. Great place to shop!

Pampered pets has always been my go to store. I don't mind paying a extra couple bucks to support a family business. Being a regular customer I get a ton of free advice! Very knowledgeable owners and a friendly atmosphere.... Kurt is kinda a jerk but that's part of his charm! ;)

I mainly go for equipment in a pinch situation. They have a great freshwater selection but I have a saltwater tank. I love that they carry rods food. Wish they had a better coral selection. Prices kinda high on the saltwater end but decent store for saltwater.

Thanks for the feedback Craig. We'd love to have lots of coral too, but unfortunately the market is just not there in Toledo for high-end coral. You've been coming in long enough to remember the beautiful tank of Australian acans (even had a supplier comment on they'd never seen so many, in one spot). We ended up selling them as a complete group to one individual, once we found out the Zoo couldn't accept them because of their CiTies regulations. It's not what I expected. Based on the name of the business, I expected more variety of pet products. What I saw was mostly fish. 🐠🐟 And some turtles. 🐢And one bird; who was very sweet 💞
