I'd been going to Pampered Pets for ages. The last time I went I dropped off a healthy dog,. When I I picked up my Yorkie, and he couldn't catch his balance. Very wobbly, falling over. And he has NEVER gotten more stable. Its like he had a stroke. His Lyanix was crushed as well so now he has a hard time breathing. This all happened at Pampered Pets. Don't risk your dog's life. Go elsewhere.
We have been going to Pampered Pets for our golden retriever for over 5 years. Our dog comes back much cleaner than any other place we tried prior. They also have our dog’s best interest at heart, letting us know about any health concerns noted in ears, fur, etc. Pampered Pets are extremely easy to work with for appointments and pickup schedules. Talk to the manager on the phone and she was extremely nice and friendly. I could hear she had a very busy shot and she still spent time with me. I had to cancel due to a situation and she said I could come back and reschedule any time and she wasn’t upset at all. Thank you!!!
We have a Great Pyrenees who is not the easiest dog to groom and they did an Unbelievable job with her at a reasonable price. 5/5 we will go back again.
