I brought my 12 year old, Black Lab to Pampered Pets for a deshedding bath and nail and sanitary trim. I had noticed that the last few groomers we tried did not get all of the shampoo rinsed out of my pups undercoat. This led to scratching and inevitably wrestling her into the bath to remedy the issue. When I picked her up from Pampered Pets her coat was sleek and shiny, with no shampoo residue present in her undercoat. I never give 1 star reviews, but $25 per dog for a 2 minute nail trim is absolutely ridiculous... I clearly should have looked at past reviews before going, because clearly I'm not the only one that feels like this place is extremely overpriced. I run my own business, so I understand having to make sure you make a profit, but to provide subpar quality service and charge that much is insane to me.
