I've been with Pampered Pets for 3 years now and love them. Jodie, the owner, knows her dogs and does a great job grooming my poodles! She is early to rise, so bringing them early means they are usually finished by 1. I highly recommend PP!

I made an appointment two weeks in advance. When I got there the place was closed and locked. I called the owner who did no respond. Two days later, she left a nasty voicemail on my phone telling me I was wrong about that the date, which I wasn't. How very unprofessional! I will never go back again!!

We made an appointment to get our long-haired cat groomed at Pampered Pets. It was going to be a 3-week wait, but she said she only does cats on Mondays so it's less stressful for them. Sounded great, so we scheduled. I dropped our kitty off and the lady called me an hour and a half later and said "I guess she's ready to be picked up, because I can't groom her." She went on to explain that because the cat hissed at her, she couldn't finish clipping her. She said the cat was "very adamant" that she "didn't want to be clipped"... read more
