NEVER AGAIN! im not a pet groomer and i could've done far better than this. I'm not sure how much experience Morgan has but its obviously NOT enough. My dog looks a hot mess!! She isn't cut even anywhere, she was skinned on her chest, belly, and anal area. Her ears and eyes were completely neglected. Lets NOT talk about her face because who knows what happened there. Im beyond pissed I've had an appointment to get my dog groomed at pampered pets for like 2 months the lady called me Saturday to remind of my appointment and when I asked what time I need to be there she said its "BEST" to be there in the morning OK.... I show up at 11 and they tell me I'm sorry we can't take him he needed to be here by 9.... But we can try to set him up another date ...NOPE smh y'all should have told me I needed to be there by 9 NOT BEST IF HES THERE IN THE MORNING...IM NOT HAPPY AT ALL IV BEEN WAITING FOR ... read more

I am so sorry for the miscommunication. It is an unusually busy time and we do appreciate your patience in regards to getting in for a grooming appointment. I do have a groomer that can get Covid in tomorrow at 9am for a groom if that works for you. Again I’m sorry for the trouble it caused. Please let me know if tomorrow, Tues the 28th @ 9am works for you.
