With 40 5-star reviews I was hoping my wife would have an excellent experience, but it's been far from. She booked an appointment a week ago to get her hair cut before a trip, but got a call saying they had to cancel. So she rebooked for the next day, only to show up for the appointment and be told they're running so far behind that they couldn't get to her before she had to leave. Had my ears re-pierced it was great it's done with a needle no pain at all thinking about getting second piercings. Also received a perm from the salon and get haircuts regularly top quality staff and care
