The owner is very rude and unprofessional I will never do business there again. If you need more reviews on that topic look at Google reviews. The owner responds to negative feedback with comment that is unprofessional and child acting manner like calling costumers "crazy" or "banshee". I have been getting my dog groomed at Pampered Paws for a number of years.When I called for an appointment I asked that they use the shampoo they always used on him as he was itching again. After dropping off my dog,I received a phone call saying there would be a $5 charge for the "special" shampoo. I told them to not bother with the shampoo. My husband picked up the dog.When he returned he said he had been charged $30;he also left a tip of $4.50. I called and asked about the increase as I had always paid $25, The answer? A ... read more
RecommendedMy Spaniel mix has the hair of a six year old swim champion girl. If he misses his monthly appointment, he turns into a mess. I also have an ancient senior Lab who is super leery of strange people. She's her own special case, because she spends most of her days screaming at random people to get off of her lawn-\-\ who may or may not actually exist. Professional is not how I would rate this business. To scream at and verbally abuse animals that cannot defend or protect themselves is so sickening, especially when the OWNER is the one doing it. Do NOT bring your pets here unless you condone this kind of behavior.
I went to pick up my dog today who has been going to Pampered Paws for years and we will not be going back! The Groomer who I later found out was the owner was yelling at this dog, calling the dog an idiot and just being horrible to this poor dog. I wish I could have taken the dog with me. I trust that my dog is treated well when dropping him off, if this is how the owner treats animals she should not be in this business.
All of your needs were met here! We just moved here this year & have been looking for new groomer! We hit the jackpot! They are wonderful!
They are very professional and a clean environment and evoking there is very friendly and my dog always looks amazing when they’re done.
My Daisy gets her hair cut here, they are very friendly and ready to help, and do a great job with Daisy ❤️
