I have been getting my dog groomed at Pampered Paws for a number of years.When I called for an appointment I asked that they use the shampoo they always used on him as he was itching again. After dropping off my dog,I received a phone call saying there would be a $5 charge for the "special" shampoo. I told them to not bother with the shampoo.
