While my dog was being boarded, he was attacked by another dog (we had paid for a separate room so that things like this wouldn’t happen). he was bitten on his neck and had to go to the vet to get staples to fix it. they told us it happened on saturday but didn’t tell us or call us until monday. the lady said she new because she had to look back on the video footage which means she didn’t know it happened until monday. their first story was that our dog got into another yard then this happened. then they changed their story ... read more
RecommendedWe LOVE pampered paws!!! They treat my pup like one of their own, and he LOVES going there. Just look at how big he smiles when we pull into the parking lot! Amy and everyone who works there does their best to treat your animals right. Walker is deaf but they accommodate him and even ask question about how to communicate with him! When I have busy or long days, I know he will be loved on and in good hands. Thank you!

I’ve always had my pups groomed at PP. Recently my Caesar was groomed about two weeks before. I called Amy, the Manager and main Groomer, that Caesar was growing out and just slightly choppy around the feet. As busy as they r, she took him in the next day and re-groomed. No charge. Caesar looks perfect.
I’ve started taking my husky, Charlie, here a few times a week for day care while I am at work and he loves it! The staff is always so nice and you can tell they genuinely enjoy being around pups. The first 2 days Charlie was a little anxious because of the new environment, but every single person there was so patient and kind to him. They even remembered him by name by the second day! It is so good to know he is in such good hands and making lots of friends instead of being at home alone. I highly recommend this place!
I’ve taken my Golden Retriever puppy, Cooper here since he was a baby. HE LOVES IT. I love the staff and how much they love him and I trust them not only with his daycare but for overnight stays as well. I drop him off always feeling comfortable knowing he’s in good hands and will have so fun! Thank you all for the great work you do!
