I’m extremely disappointed with our experience today. We booked a spa appointment at 8:00 AM for a 10:00 AM treatment, and shortly after booking we were contacted and told our appointment needed to be moved to 10:30 AM, which we accommodated. After driving all the way there for our appointment, we arrived to find that no one was there to see us.
