I’m extremely disappointed with our experience today. We booked a spa appointment at 8:00 AM for a 10:00 AM treatment, and shortly after booking we were contacted and told our appointment needed to be moved to 10:30 AM, which we accommodated. After driving all the way there for our appointment, we arrived to find that no one was there to see us. What a wonderful time! My best friends and I “the Wolfpack” booked 3 “Afternoon Delight “ sessions! We were treated like princesses! So kind, professional and friendly! Thank you Louise, Nat Nat and Déjà. Thank you! We highly recommend and will be back!!!!
I had lovely massage by Daje. She was friendly, attentive and I left feeling very relaxed, highly recommend Daje!
On their booking site, they had Valentine’s Day for the time I’ve scheduled noted as available on their calendar so I booked with them. However the next day they called me telling me that day was not in fact available and told me I could do either the 13 or 15. So, I told them ok let’s do the 15. A few days later they called me again and told me that I was booked in for 16th which is a Monday and I could not do, also it was not what was agreed upon.
