I’ve been coming to Pampas Grill almost every week, so this experience was especially disappointing. I had a plate with salad and some meat, and the worker wearing glasses charged the entire weight of my plate at the full BBQ meat price. What bothered me most was that he never explained beforehand that my salad would also be weighed and charged at the meat rate. I love this place. Lines can get long, but the food is amazing. You can create your own plate, and they go by weight. Tasty.
