I called and was told wait time was 60 mins. While waiting I scrolled their page and it says they are temporarily closed. So which is it? Is someone going to answer or are they closed? This is ridiculous!!
I have been trying to get in touch with my local office and sit on hold then their phone system says call back later and hangs up. So I decided to try a location in a smaller town. I was on hold maybe 10 minutes then their phone rang and I heard a voice! They are a small office but they answer their phones. They got me the information I needed and even realized I needed some different information also. If you want a nice pleasant person to help you I highly recommend this office.
I have been dealing with Ms Davis for around 4.5 years now. She has been very helpful with all the questions i have. She has always been very easy to work with. The only reason i gave her a 5 is cause i can't give no higher.
