We brought everything but our son's blood and DNA and they still want PROOF he lives with us!!! Ridiculous. We brought school records, adoption records, SS card. Drivers learning permit, dental records and a 2 page letter from the school. All of these documents had our address on them including his SS card. We left the SA card attached to the paper it comes on so it shows our address with his card. Their own office uses our address for him but she said that's NOT proof he lives with us. I called and was told wait time was 60 mins. While waiting I scrolled their page and it says they are temporarily closed. So which is it? Is someone going to answer or are they closed? This is ridiculous!!
