We contacted Preston Reed of High plains pool to put in a pool for us back in July 2020. Here it is May 2021 and all we have is a big hole in our bank account. Numerous calls and text messages back and forth. He says "oh you'll be swimming in 2 weeks. That was in February. He hasn't shown up since we paid him a big chunk to get the pool. He has an lame excuse any time i actually hear from him.
Husband went looking for this business and it’s in a residential area with a home address and says closed . Looks to have been closed for a while . Left message on phone and no one ever returned the call . 😡
