I was extremely disappointed with my stay. From the moment I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. Instead, there was a note on the door telling guests to call a phone number to check in. Unfortunately, no one ever answered, making check-in frustrating and unprofessional. The room itself was far from comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work, making it difficult to sleep. The ice machine was broken, and although the hotel advertises free Wi-Fi, the password wasn’t posted anywhere, and there was no staff available ... read more

Clean room, comfy bed, AC runs great, friendly staff. No complaints! Just what I needed for the night before hiking Katahdin.
Place is nasty can’t get ice Lady in the bar gave me ice didn’t have to No one here for customer service if I could it be a 1/4 star if that
