Dr. Bhogal is an incredible doctor! The Somerton office staff is exceptional and always goes the extra mile. Regrettably, the Elkins Park office staff is a different story—they are frequently unpleasant, inconsiderate and unhelpful with even the most basic tasks most often than not. Five stars for Dr. Bhogal and Somerton office, but Elkins Park needs a major upgrade in customer service
Dr. Pamneit Bhogal is very kind, attentive, and helpful—I’ve had great experiences with her care. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Communication was poor, I was given inconsistent information, and the attitude from certain staff members was dismissive and rude. It made what should have been a simple process much more stressful than it needed to be.
