Scott, the owner is knowledgeable and professional. Provides detailed explanations. He came on Sunday to diagnose the problem and even did a test over several hours to determine if there wasn’t a less expensive solution. Alas there wasn’t. Our new water heater was installed the next day. Job was completed in an exceptional manner and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.
He responded promptly to my voice message. The appointment was the next day and he arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and polite. The price was very reasonable and the work done excellent. I have his number on my fridge :)
Scott came out on a Sunday and replaced my water heater. He did an excellent job and I'm very pleased with the service and price. Would use again. Highly recommend.
