- I’ve scheduled a new patient appointment twice and each time the appointment was confirmed a week after the actual appointment date. - Called 4x and left messages with no response -Texted 2x no response Just stating the facts without saying mean things.
I love my therapist at PCFT. Stephanie is very professional and caring. I feel seen and heard and I know that she cares about my mental health. She makes time for me and ensures that I know that I can reach out to her if I need her. She is a wonderful person and therapist and I would recommend her.
