Staff was rude and unprofessional. When she poked my arm, she couldn't get the vein and proceeded to move the needle around inside my arm in search of the vein...one of the worst feelings in the world. After all that, she never got any blood and had to poke me again in the other arm! On this arm it hurt more than a normal prick because I think she shoved it in deeper than normal to make sure she got blood this time. I come to PAML in Missoula to have my blood drawn frequently, I love all the girls that work there and they are always such a pleasure to see and visit with. I always know when i come in they will have a smile on their face and no matter what mood i am in I know I will leave there smiling as well. 11/16/16
I had blood drawn at Paml Thursday, October 17th. I was accompanied by my 17 year old daughter as I have been dealing with a range of health issues and wanted family with me for support. The moment we walked into the office we were treated like an imposition. Brenda was absolutely rude and disrespectful. I asked if my daughter could join me while I had my blood drawn to which Brenda replied, "only if she doesn't get in my way."
