Go in the afternoon if possible. Have been twice, once at 1:50 and once around 3 and both times I was the only one there the whole time. Great staff.
Every time I go in the morning there is a 30+ minute wait with only one other person waiting. No other PAML is this slow to get going in the morning.
Convenient location. Unfortunately, always slow. Usually a 30 to 45 minute wait. Will go elsewhere.
