The technicians are very kind and competent. My mom is very afraid of needles and the technician was gentle, reassuring and quick. I’m grateful they are sensitive with folks who need it.
I would give no stars if possible, last year in September I used them for some blood tests, they billed my insurance for three of them but for some reason forgot the fourth test, now fast foreword to May I start getting a bill for that 4th test, I call and tell them to bill my insurance, they said they didn’t have the correct address to bill them? We have gone through PAML for a lot of testing... but recently found out they are very OVERPRICED by no less than $80 on certain tests when compared to other local labs. Now I wonder how much I have wasted going through them.
