Been waiting here listening to the staff talk about their make up tattoos so loud you can hear it over people trying to check in.... my autistic son had to go out to the car because of all the loud personal chatter.

The staff are amazing, quick and efficient. The reason for the rating is because I have had issues with them receiving my orders, so I call first to make sure they have received them….but for the last week no one will answer their phone and after ringing it hangs up on you. 11 phone calls….never have had anyone pick up. The other frustrating issue is their website has NOT been updated. They are closed from 12:30 - 1:30….not 11:30 - 12:30 like it says. It also says that their hours were updated 3 weeks ago….someone apparently... read more
