I made a reservation appointment three days before. I got there fifteen minutes early for the appointment. I waited for forty five minutes in a crowded waiting room where people were listening to movies on their phones without earbuds or headphones. After the forty five minute, wait, a tick came out and said that their whole system was shut down.And she didn't know how long it would be before any more patients could be seen.
