I had to get my daughter a blood test. I was so nervous but everyone there was so nice and amazing. It was fast, first stick, she didn't even cry. I'm so proud of my little girl. But the girls there were so sweet, they even comforted me too!
I went to the facility in Holy Family Hospital . I waited for an hour with no one else in the waiting room. Once I was called, the woman drawing the blood was a student with a supervisor attending. It was almost closing time and she tried one time to attempt to draw blood and said i would have to go across the street for them to do it. These were doctors orders and the supervisor made no attempt to try. I was running late myself and by the time I made it across the street they closed. I went home. I won't go there again.
Had to have my blood drawn the other day, and Amy is absolutely the best! More often than not I have to be stuck a couple times, and it can take a while, but she was able to get my sample drawn in under 30 secs with very minimal pain! All in all the process (with an empty waiting room) took less then 5 minutes.
I love all the staff and Amy! They all do such a good job, also they're fast!
