Easy to find, sitting by door the room is full, on the floor no less. Waiting. Kinda bummer never had this experience at the north side this was closer, regretting my option for this location. I came here earlier today, 4 people outside the door waiting, figured ill come back for my son's blood draw. Shocked to be serious. So not really happy right now
Sign-in, have a seat and a screen will display the list of sign-in and who will be next in line. Lovely help
Waiting over an hour after my appointment time. For a blood draw. Kaiser or Multi-Care gets me in and out in literally less than 5 minutes, so there’s absolutely no excuse for this level of mismanagement. I will do everything I can to deter my friends and associates from using Lab Corp’s services.
Today's (8/6/2025) experience was great (much better than in the past). I ordered an on-demand test online and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I checked in from my car and opted to receive a text message when the phlebotomist was ready for me. I received my text 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
