Waiting over an hour after my appointment time. For a blood draw. Kaiser or Multi-Care gets me in and out in literally less than 5 minutes, so there’s absolutely no excuse for this level of mismanagement. I will do everything I can to deter my friends and associates from using Lab Corp’s services.
Today's (8/6/2025) experience was great (much better than in the past). I ordered an on-demand test online and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I checked in from my car and opted to receive a text message when the phlebotomist was ready for me. I received my text 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I had my blood drawn by Kimberly at this LabCorp and she was, by far, the best I have ever seen. Fast, painless, and professional. Honestly, I was genuinely impressed with her skill. #KimberlyForPresident
