whoever answers their phone is VERY rude. and not helpful. i even tried calling 3 separate times and they wouldn’t answer. i recommend working on customer service!
The waiting was horrible. Took me an hour back and forth making trips, I dealt with a young phlebotomist lady at the counter and she refused to do a cheek swab that was provided by my doctor from a box, then I went mostly to get blood as provided, although my problems are solved. So much miscommunication. I am hoping I don't have to come back again. Ugh
You can have an appointment but it doesn't mean anything. They over book appointments.
I want to give a shout out to the phlebotomist, Rylynn, who performed my blood draw this morning. It can be very, very hard to find a good vein on me, but Rylynn found one right away and the stick did not hurt at all- that’s new! Also, it’s been several hours now and there is NO BRUISE! I’ve never before felt an urge to give a review after lab work, but I wanted people to know, especially the managers of the lab, to know what a fine employee they have. I hope that they know her worth and she is compensated accordingly.
