Before labcorp took over PAML you could get labs drawn on the weekend. Now they have Bankers hours. Very inconvenient.
Very very rude and disrespectful employees
The fact there is no way to call and make a formal complaint, and having to come to a review section, knowing nothing will be done is concerning in its self. But I have been to this facility multiple times, but after today’s visit I feel compelled to speak up as a very concerned patient. My experience today raised serious concerns about infection control, patient privacy, and the overall lack of care shown toward patients. Reading the reviews is scary, but thankfully, I’ve had good experience. The only complaint would be the wait time and how crowded it could be in a little waiting room. It’s very uncomfortable other than that. I see that their hours changed for Saturday and that’s disappointing as a stay at home mom I relied on Saturday so my husband could be with the kids while I went to get my blood drawn.
Scheduled my appointment for 7:30 am for the labcorp on 318 Rowan. Got there a few minutes early and waited. The sign said they opened at 7:30 am by 7:40 am no one still was there so I had to leave due to needing to be at work by 8:00 am. Why offer appointments if you cannot honor them. This is disappointing and unprofessional. It’s already unnerving to have to have to get any type of medical needs done.
