tldr: Incompetent and unprofessional front desk Anbrer W. They botched my insurance, forced me to pay hundreds of dollars for services that were fully covered, and showed zero accountability. Completely unacceptable. During check-in, the front desk staff Anbrer W was dismissive and unhelpful when verifying my insurance. The clinic, staff and patient care are great. The only thing that stopped my rating from being 5 star is the parking situation, it's horrible. By the time I've circled the lot numerous times to find a park I'm almost late and my blood pressure is elevated. Once they get the parking sorted I'll come back and change my rating to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I've been seeing doctors here for many many years since I was a teen. Great doctors, just there is never anywhere to park your car.
I have been under care of Dr. Tulika Ghosh, a primary health physician at PAMF, Dublin, since February, 2021. I have found her an easy going, compassionate, and caring practitioner. She has been easily accessible and particular in managing my curative as well as preventative health care plans. We are seeing Dr. Laura Silverstein for OB/GYN and she is an awesome doctor with details provided every step and answering my basic questions. Also the NST staff are cool especially Monica, who knows the patients and is well versed with the history. Thank you the whole unit for all the work being done.
