Will Call, horrible! No communication, no customer service. As if they are doing you a favor by pulling your order. The worst!!
A house full of Pamex hardware...we had an issue recently with one of the door handles a quick email to Pamex Customer Support and they quickly responded and have taken care of it. Good quality product back with great customer service.
