The floral design they created for my mother in my absence was incredible; they were able to give her a piece of me during these times when I am far away. Thank you for everything, you accepted my order at the last minute, made it incredible, and delivered it very quickly. From now on, they will be my favorites.

If I could rate her 0 stars, I would. 1) Bad communication. As soon as I submitted my order for a gift basket, I realized my recipient's address was outside of the zip codes Paula has listed that she could deliver to. We contacted her right away and told her to cancel the order if it was outside of that, but she said she could deliver it. The day of delivery, she text us and told us it was the wrong address.
