They first off returned my phone call when I could not leave a mssg, the lady who called me was very kind during several calls to make the 60th anniversary flowers special. My parents loved the arrangement!!! Thanks to Pamela's Florist for going the extra mile on a same day delivery, the hand oof picture was great too!!!
They delivered a beautiful arrangement inside of a darling vase!
Was very responsive, multiple options for payment. And got me my flowers before when I needed them and look great. Will use again in the future and recommend.
