My second experience (third if you count my son’s torn ACL) and i am very happy with my choice. The process of scheduling ortho after breaking my ankle thru to appt was smooth. All of the staff was professional, courteous & personable. I continue to highly recommend Rothman.
Dr. Gekas was fantastic! She is professional with a sense of humor. Explains everything in layman’s terms.💕
Visits are comprehensive and thorough. Dr. Gekas is kind and responsive. She is patient and asks questions and actually listens to the answers. Her bedside manner is pleasant. The office associates are kind and welcoming. They have a very accommodating appointment schedule. My only recommendation would be to short on the triage message because it takes minutes to connect with someone each time I call. And the sign in kiosks are very lengthy and cumbersome.
