The doctor and PA are wonderful. The staff are rude, incompetent, cruel, lack manners, empathy or understanding. They don't know how to do their job or just don't care to work & help people. I've been hung up on, transfered to VM for extended times. I am never called back. They do not listen or care what discomfort or condition you're going through. It takes months to get a referral.
