Dr Schramm is professional, caring and informative. She was my Eye Doctor several years and I have since moved to Florida. I’m hoping to find someone as good as she is in my new are.
I am very impressed with thoroughness of Dr. Schramm's exam. There an Assistant, Emily, that is a find from Heaven. The very thorough eye exam was just $55.00 I recommend Dr. Schramm and Brookfield Vision Center
I have been seeing Dr Schramm since 2016. I have found her to be one of the more thorough and understanding doctor. I have 100% confidence and trust in her and will always follow her recommendations, directions,etc She never jumps to a diagnosis without making sure ever test was done to confirm the situation. She is very compassionate and you can tell she loves her work, she is dedicated and she is very concerned about her patients well being , not only with the eyes, but overall.
Dr. Schramm has always been wonderful, caring and professional. Most recently, she went above and beyond, not only helping to find the diagnosis, using new technology, but spending a lot of time with me, to explain the possibilities and to comfort me. She went even further to check on me after my appointment. Patty, as always, was very helpful and told me to come right in and Lisa was also extremely comforting. They were all amazing, going way above standard practice, genuinely caring!!!

Very abrupt encounter with Dr. Schramm. I did not feel comfortable at all. We have been going to Brookfield Vision Care for 9 years. Dr. Migdol is great and always welcoming and comforting. Also, since the office hired Jason who works directly with the customers the level of service has gone down hill. They both really need to go to a course on customer service skills and how to put the patient/customer at ease. Jason is rude and almost defensive for no reason at all.
Felt very confident in Dr Schramm's evaluation of my eye condition. Very thorough especially with the new technology she utilizes for the exam.
The most professional, pleasurable eye exam I've ever had in my life. Dr. Schramm is brilliant and wonderful! She has cured my chronic dry eye as far as I'm concerned!!!
