Today, I called for an appointment because my insurance set her up as my new pcp.The women on the other line asked have you been here before .i replied, "No, my insurance put her as my pcp to which the lady replied we are not taking new patients ,thank you and hung up on me. SHOCKED IS A UNDERSTAMENT.
