My 90 year old father had a 930 am appointment with Dr. Henderson. Due to many factors, a snow storm that made it difficult to get out of the driveway, my father’s frail condition and limited mobility, and taking the the wrong elevator to the 4th floor, we were running late. Anticipating that we would be late, the office was called as soon as I made it out of the snowy driveway. The staff that answered the call said that it was “okay”. Dr. Henderson is a very kind and compassionate person. She really listened to all my concerns. She is very knowledgeable in her field. I left the office feeling great! She really took her time to explain the importance of my appointments and gives her patients the best treatments possible. Her staff was also very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Henderson.
Dr Henderson is a knowledgeable, soft-spoken, kind and caring eye doctor. She treats you as a VIP, not just another number.!! She is thorough, honest, she takes time to explain everything she does , and why it's needed. She listens to your concerns, and discusses your options for the best care possible. I have recommended her to many, including my son, hubby, and mom.. I wouldn't go to any other. So thankful for Dr.Henderson, and her excellent, friendly staff.
