I’ve heard great things about Dr Papola so my review is not based on her, but office staff. She’s desperately needs a new office manager. The office manger is very rude and refused to schedule my son an appointment because he is seeing a neurologist. I’ve never heard of a doctor refusing to see a patient because they had prior seen a similar doctor. The office manager lacked compassion and was rude from the very second she got on the phone. We could not love this doctor more! She spent so much time listening, evaluating and talking with me and mg kiddo. While the wait to see her is long, it is so worth it. She truly looks at the whole. Hood and how to set them up for success. The office staff is great!
Dr Papola she is a great doctor And I feel that she really cares about her patient and listens to all the concerns that the parents have about their child
It was amazing to have a doctor who could see what we've been seeing and also has experience, education and wisdom to see beyond what we already know about our daughter to help get her the best care and resources possible. We've been trying for years to get the referrals we needed to get for Elizabeth so that she can be as successful as possible. Thank you, Dr.Papola!

The front desk receptionist!! I am unsure of her name! She was a Hispanic woman!
Avoid this place! We waited 6 months to see Dr. Papola and we were not impressed. She barely acknowledged my child throughout the visit, she had her back towards us as she was typing & talking to the screen. She gave us a referral for a test, but the facility only accepts medicaid (because by the look of us we just MUST be on medicaid) right? I have requested a copy of the intake forms that we filled out 5x over the last 5 months because it was 120+ questions which we were expected to fill out while sitting in the lobby with... read more
Dr. Papola is amazing with both my sons who are on the spectrum. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, makes sure you have all the resources you need and is always available if you need anything! I would never take my sons to see any other provider concerning their ASD care!
