She is great! I've been going to Dr. Deforest for maybe about 6 years possibly more but she has always been thorough on all my visits with her. She is thorough in her explanation and in answering all your questions. She is truly a great doctor.
Dr Deforest was excellent. She was very efficient but super knowledgeable & very courteous. Before she did any procedure she described what she was going to do and if there might be any discomfort. Really liked her personally and professionally.
I am simply giving this doctor a one star not because of her services but because of her staff. I arrived to my appointment on time and because they registered me half an hour late they told me that the doctor might not see me because I registered myself half an hour late. Keep in mind that I waited more 4 months and a half to see this doctor and I constantly called the nurse to see if they nurse can assist me over the phone and never got a phone call back.
