There were several workers inside the store when I walked in. Right before me a white man entered the store, he was greeted, then promptly asked if he needs help finding anything. When I (Asian woman) entered, no one even looked at me. No greeting, nothing. I started browsing a bit but no one ever offered to assist me with anything. So I left. Will leave the interpretation of these events to the reader, but these are the facts of what happened when I visited this store.

I visited the store in Williamsburg with my sister on 5/24. I've long admired the brand and on that day was considering a piercing. There was a southern lady with incredible style, a stunning black woman who looked like a model, and the piercer, Thrasher. They couldn't have been more warm and inviting, genuinely kind and conversational. LOVE Pamela Love Jewelry!! The team is wonderful and helped me with a cherished piece of Pamela Love jewelry that I got from them years ago. I can't wait to keep investing in more of their heirloom pieces :)

I haven't visited this location, but I stumbled across a pair of earrings that would have been perfect for my wedding.. however they were sold out. I reached out to customer service and thankfully, they were able to put in a special order for the same pair. Kelly, the customer service rep, was unbelievably kind, helpful and super responsive throughout the whole process. Can't wait for the earrings to arrive and I'll definitely be visiting next time I'm in New York!
