Superb quality jewelry and the kindest customer service! I got two earrings for two different piercings. They were both gorgeous. One fit perfectly, the other I wore but it irritated my ear. This designer has an unprofessional demeanour and attitude. She comes off very arrogant and judgemental.
There were several workers inside the store when I walked in. Right before me a white man entered the store, he was greeted, then promptly asked if he needs help finding anything. When I (Asian woman) entered, no one even looked at me. No greeting, nothing. I started browsing a bit but no one ever offered to assist me with anything. So I left. Will leave the interpretation of these events to the reader, but these are the facts of what happened when I visited this store.
