I don’t even know where to begin. I am shocked at the absolute horrific experience I have recently had with Pamela. I have used her twice before without issue, but will never use her again after this experience. I scheduled a cake smash session for my baby in July. I showed up to the appointment and no one was at the studio. As much as it hurts to have to leave a bad review I have to due to circumstances I have been ignored as polite as I been throughout this whole time and being understanding for long wait time of receiving my photos back I had photos done May 15 never received them I have waited respectfully for response 3 months and have received one response July 20th i would receive my photos that day due to issues and never did but coming here and seeing a recent review shows me that I am being ignored while others have received there work... read more
Is anyone able to get a response from Pamela or receive their photos in the last 3 months? We had our newborn photoshoot at the end of April, but we still haven’t received the pictures. I’ve followed up more than 10 times but haven’t been able to get a response or any update. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience or has actually received their photos recently. Any information would be appreciated!
We had our maternity photos with Pamela today, and I honestly can't say enough great things about the experience. Pregnancy is such a special time, and Pamela made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely excited from the moment we walked into her warm, cozy studio. She was incredibly professional, patient, and soo easy to work with. Her experience with maternity photography was obvious - she knew exactly how to pose us, capture the little moments, and make us feel confident every step of the way. Pamela did such a fantastic job! She made me feel so beautiful during the maternity shoot, and she was so patient with our newborn. She also accommodated us when we wanted to bring in a few special props. At one point, she even fed our baby a bottle so that we could sit and relax during the photo session (which was much appreciated since I was recovering from an unexpected c-section). Highly recommend!
